It was the 70s when Tim Light landed in the Port of Andratx, where over time, he would make his home and eventually start a family. By the late '77, he left his job to embark on a solo venture - Tim's. Transforming a charming village bar (El Quijote) into a sort of "Spanish/English" pub.

In 1996, Alex Cases acquired Tim's Bar, marking the beginning of a journey to build a brand and a team. Since then, he has been instrumental in shaping and managing the establishment, creating a legacy that endures to this day. The evolution from its earlier days in the '70s to the present reflects not only the transformation of the physical space, turning El Quijote into a dynamic "Spanish/English" pub, but also the establishment of a thriving community hub under the dedicated guidance of Alex Cases.
